Autumn can still have ice cream, especially when it’s nice and earthy from sweet maple syrup, and studded with hearty oatmeal cookies. Heck, let’s just all make a deal to eat this year-round, ok?

My friend said that this would be the BOMB served with carrot cake. She’s right! Or just pop it on a warm waffle and call it breakfast.
