I remember when I discovered Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream as a kid. One of my cool older cousins put it on my radar. For the longest while it was definitely in my top three favorite flavors and I’m certain it contributed to my ongoing love affair with ice creams that are chock full of crunchy, chewy, gooey treats. I also remember when I first discovered pumpkin ice cream at our local scoop shop. It was everything I loved from the Thanksgiving dessert table—in other words pumpkin pie flavor in ice cream form.
