Seasons Dairy in Kampala, Uganda

Seasons Dairy in Kampala, Uganda is owned by Baker Muwonge, a cheesemaker of 14 years whose primary forte is mozzarella. Recently, he visited the US to broaden his cheesemaking knowledge, meeting with the likes of Ricki Carroll and Giuseppe Argentieri of The Mozzarella House in Peabody, MA. His story is quite unique — learn how he became a cheesemaker and why he loves the craft in the interview below.
