Whipped Feta Dip

Everyone knows cheese dips are the life of the party, but the question is always what cheese dip to make? We’ve got the answer. Tangy, creamy, but not overly heavy, this Whipped Feta Dip is sure to knock the socks off of whomever you’ve invited over. Serve with pita chips, sliced veggies, or any other edible vehicle you’d like to taste a thousand times more delicious. Find the recipe below.

A homemade dip is a smart thing to make at the beginning of the week and put away in the refrigerator. I carry little cups of dip to my desk and use them as an excuse to eat piles of cucumber slices and snap peas. The right dip, like this one, is also a lovely sandwich spread, and delicious scraped over toast with a slice of tomato on top.
