Available for the holidays only at Whole Foods Market are two special filled Camemberts. French affineur Hervé Mons has taken his classic Camembert and given it two flavored mascarpone fillings. The Mons Camembert with Porcini emphasizes the natural mushroom flavors of the Camembert rind with rich, earthy porcini mushrooms. Mons Camembert with Black Truffle allows the pungent flavors of truffle to come forward without overwhelming the flavors of the creamy mascarpone or buttery Camembert.
