From the Land Down Under comes a new line of cheddar from Old Croc. The Australian company’s Sharp Cheddar and Extra Sharp Cheddar have been available in the United States since 2013, and the newest addition joins them now. Applewood Smoked Sharp Cheddar has the clean, tangy, lactic flavor of Old Croc’s Sharp Cheddar but adds a new level of complexity with the addition of natural fruitwood smoke. The balanced flavor and meltable texture will make this a favorite for both snacking and cooking.
