Classic Rum Daiquiri

Unaged (also known as silver or white) rums showcase delicate nuances of source materials, and simple drinks such as the classic rum daiquiri allow those flavors to shine.

  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 2 ounces white rum

  • Pour lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add rum, fill shaker with cracked ice, and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
