Mango Breakfast Smoothies
These smoothies are a nutritious and tasty way to start the day, or can be substituted for a mango lassi with dinner.
- 16 ounces frozen mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fat free Greek-style yogurt
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with ripe mango, kiwi, or strawberry.
