Ingredients
  

  • TomaRashi
  • Brioche bread
  • 1 ripe peach
  • Honey
  • Pistachios or almonds

Instructions
 

  • ► Toast a slice of Brioche bread to your desired crunchiness.
  • ► Thinly slice half a peach and fan out over your toasted bread.
  • ► Using a cheese plane or potato peeler, thinly shave TomaRashi on top of the peaches.
  • ►Drizzle with your favorite honey and a dusting of nuts. Enjoy!
