In Queso You Missed It: December 1st

November is officially behind us, which means so is National Stuffing Month. If you feel like you haven’t gotten your fill, check out our cheesy Stuffed Parrano Pumpkin recipe to keep the tastiness going through the rest of the holiday season.

In other cheese news:

  • A cheese delivery van driver was pulled over after being caught driving while banned.  The result was a lot of cheesy puns on the internet—including a tweet from the police officer who pulled him over saying, “He will ‘gouda’ court for the offense.”
  • This cheese company’s philanthropy has us feeling the holiday spirit. Abundantly Good Cheese uses their surplus milk to make and donate cheese to Philabundance— Philadelphia’s major non-profit serving the hungry.
  • Two Dutch men were arrested after being caught trying to smuggle cannabis in piles of pizza cheese at the British border. They probably should’ve left the delivery work to Domino’s.
  • The most joyous time of year is upon us—cheese advent calendar season. Check out some of the best cheese and accompaniment calendars that are out now to keep the festive season bright.
