This week’s fan photo winner is Barbara H., who posted her pretty pic of Montébore, an Italian cheese formed in a unique wedding-cake shape. Montébore was, in fact, used in the 15th-century wedding of Isabella of Aragon, daughter of Alfonso, and Gian Galeazzo Sforza, son of the Duke of Milan. The shape was likely inspired by the tower of castle in the town of the same name.

Congrats,  Barbara! Look for your free issue in the mail. Keep on cheesin’!
