- Ballycroft Fresh cheese
- Apex 1918 wholemeal bread
- Paris Creek B-D butter
- Fresh dill (optional)
- Horseradish (ground from your own roots and blended with local Kurianda wine vinegar, optional)
- Assemble ingredients on the bread, grill and enjoy!
