  1. Ballycroft Fresh cheese
  2. Apex 1918 wholemeal bread
  3. Paris Creek B-D butter
  4. Fresh dill (optional)
  5. Horseradish (ground from your own roots and blended with local Kurianda wine vinegar, optional)
Instructions
  1. Assemble ingredients on the bread, grill and enjoy!
