  • Ballycroft Fresh cheese
  • Apex 1918 wholemeal bread
  • Paris Creek B-D butter
  • Fresh dill optional
  • Horseradish ground from your own roots and blended with local Kurianda wine vinegar, optional

Instructions
 

  • Assemble ingredients on the bread, grill and enjoy!
