Grilled Romaine with Litehouse Blue Cheese Crumbles

  1. 1 cup grilled corn
  2. 1 cup sliced onion
  3. 1 cup tomatoes
  4. 1 head of Romaine lettuce
  5. Litehouse freeze-dried basil
  6. Salt and pepper (to taste)
  7. Litehouse Simply Artisan Blue Cheese Crumbles
  1. ►Sauté onion until soft. Add corn and heat through, then season with basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. ►Cut head of Romaine in half, brush with olive oil, and grill lightly on insides.
  3. ►Toss tomatoes with corn and onion mixture, and place atop the grilled Romaine. Finish with Litehouse Simply Artisan Blue Cheese Crumbles.
