Honey & Spice Roasted Pears with Laura Chenel Goat Milk Yogurt

  • Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place halved, cored pears on the sheet, cut side up.
  • Drizzle pears with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  • Roast pears for 1 hour, then let cool to room temperature.
  • Serve topped with yogurt and chopped pistachios.
