The Bobby Burns Paired with Manchego

A classic cocktail celebrating the eponymous Bobby Burns, Scotland’s national bard. Bring out those balanced, complex notes by pairing this Scotch cocktail with some classy Manchego.

Bobby Burns Cocktail


  • 2 oz Glenglassaugh “Revival” Single Malt Scotch
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 bar spoon Benedictine
  • Lemon twist for garnish


  • Add first three ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir until cold, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
