Fromage Blanc Cheesecake by Helena Root of Irving Street Kitchen

Cheese. Cake. Cheese+Cake. Cheesecake. What a beautiful concept! Who doesn’t love a creamy, rich, decadent slice of cake made with cheese? We sure do!

National Cheesecake Day is July 30th, and to celebrate, we’re sharing some of our favorite cheesecake recipes in this post. But that’s not all. We also want you to get involved in the fun. Send us a cheesecake recipe along with a photo of your masterpiece, and you could win a year’s subscription to culture magazine and a copy of Cheese for Dummies. Please send recipes to socialmedia@culturecheesemag.com with the subject line “Cheesecake” by 11:59 p.m. on July 25, 2014.

While only the top three recipes will get a subscription and book, in the end everyone is a winner because we’ll post our three favorite recipes on our website! Need inspiration? Find it in the recipes below.
