This week’s fan photo winner is Lakin’s Gorges Cheese, hailing from Rockport, Maine. They won us over with their ingenious (and adorable) cheese plate made to look like a crab. Using their bloomy-rind Prix de Diane and nutty Opus 42, their plate sounds as delicious as it is artistic, and has us thinking that all seafood might be improved by cheese.
