LaClare Zesty Ranch Goat Cheese Beer Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz. LaClare Zesty Ranch Goat Cheese softened (or use our Original and 1 packet of ranch
- dressing mix)
- ¹/³ cup beer non-alcoholic works fine
- 2 cups LaClare Cheddar cheese shredded
- Pretzels or crackers for dipping
Instructions
- ►Stir together Zesty Ranch Goat Cheese and beer until well blended.
- ► Fold in shredded Cheddar cheese.
- ►Serve with pretzels or crackers.
Notes
For more developed flavor, refrigerate overnight before serving.
