So—although no one asked for this—we took the liberty of matching each Zodiac sign with their ultimate cheesy match, according to common traits and tendencies. Grab the accoutrements, fire up the rom-coms, and get ready to snuggle up with  your kindred wedge. 

Aries (March 20–April 19): Ricotta

These two are a no-brainer together; Ricotta’s fresh and bright characteristics match the energetic and cheerful energy of an Aries. Plus: Ricotta is extremely versatile (a game-changer in anything from waffles to cheesecake to flatbreads), so it can keep up with Aries’ susceptibility to boredom.

Taurus (April 19–May 20): Rush Creek Reserve

Taureans are known for their love of the finer things in life, and they won’t settle for anything less—especially on Valentine’s Day.
